Usage
  • Uniform Heating: By circulating steam in a double-walled jacket, the vessel heats from all sides rather than just the bottom. This ensures consistent results across the entire batch.
  • Precise Temperature Control: Enable precise temperature control, cook food at the right temperature.
  • Reduced Cooking Times: Steam jacketed kettles have a heat surface area 3 to 4 times larger than stockpots, allowing them to reach boiling points faster.
  • Labour Savings: Integrated stirring and scraping paddles eliminate the need for constant manual monitoring
  • Multifunctionality: High-end models can perform up to four processes—mixing, cooking, mashing, and chilling—in a single unit.
  • Ease of Discharge: Tilting mechanisms up to 90 degrees allow for safe and effortless pouring of viscous or chunky products without the heavy lifting required for stockpots.
